Every Sunday, you can enjoy the Jazz Brunch with a grand selection of fine cuisine and and jazz from the resident band. The sumptuous buffet include a variety of appetizers, a sushi and sashimi counter, a pasta station, a carvery with a succulent roast, a Mongolian barbeque grill and a tempting dessert table with homemade ice creams and sorbets. The brunch is available every Sunday from 12 Noon to 3:00PM.

Seafood Tower For Two - Boiled tiger prawns, river prawns, mussel, tuna, octopus, rock lobster and clams, accompanied by lime-chili dressing, cocktail sauce, horseradish-tomato ketchup and baguette croutons.
Beef Carpaccio - Carpaccio of Australian beef tenderloin with rocket melon, parmesan wafer and celery leave salad.
Dhara Dhevi Farfalle - Farfalle tossed with a fondue of tomatoes, sweet organic basil, capers, olives, anchovies and fragrant herbs from the Dhara Dhevi garden.
Royal Project Trout - Pan-seared trout from the Royal Project of Thailand accompanied by mashed sweet peas and hazelnut foam.
Roasted Rack Of Lamb - Pan-fried rack of Australian lamb with fresh herbs from the Dhara Dhevi garden, potatoes, vegetable ratatouille and rosemary jus.
Grilled Beef Tenderloin - Charcoal grilled tenderloin of Australian grass-fed beef with roasted potatoes, organic pak choy and Marsala red wine sauce.
As expected from a 5 star hotel chain with a reputation of offering exquisite dining experiences at their restaurants, the cuisine, wine selection and service is superb.
