Amontre

On the ground floor of the Fraser Suite serviced apartments, Amontre blends in with its contemporary image.

On offer is an array of both contemporary Thai cuisine and western dishes. The Yak Pla Duk Foo Catfish salad is a delightful Thai dish while the Grilled Sirloin Steak with beans and basil in chilli paste is an equally popular dish. The Amontre burger may seem a bit "foo foo", but it is comprised of quality beef, cheddar cheese (seems to be the only cheese they offer in Thailand), fried egg, sauteed onions and bacon with french fries. There are some pleasant choices for vegetarians, such as, Toasted Focaccia with Pesto, Roasted Red Peppers, Buffalo Mozzarella, and Rocket Salad with all the ingredients radiantly fresh. Signature dishes include Seared Sea Scallops, Pad Spaghetti Tom Yum, Wild Mushroom Cannelloni, Salmon Sashimi and a Char-grilled Beef Tenderloin The Seared Salmon arrives with fresh greens, olives, green beans, cucumbers, and salsa verde.

Desserts include Mango and Sweet Rice or warm Apple Pie.
