Bruno's was Pattaya's first fine dining restaurant and soon set the standards for others to follow and quickly became the place to eat in Pattaya. It is easy to find, being on Thappraya Road which is the main link between Jomtien and Pattaya.

Renown for fantastic food, splendid service, as well as, good value for money, Bruno's success grew rapidly and a new home had to be found. It was decided it would be moved to Jomtien. The new, and present location, comfortably handles over a hundred people on the ground floor. The kitchen and restaurant is now under the control of Swiss chef Fredi Schaub, ex-Royal Cliff Beach Resort royal wing executive chef. The menu items on offer have been given a new lease of life following visiting Michelin chef Luca Messina

  • Cold appetizer: Poached Rock Lobster in cold Tuna sauce
  • Soups
  • Ravioli with brown butter, parmesan and black truffle
  • Main Course: Australian Angus fillet

Perfect welcome, I invited my girlfriend for her birthday last month and we have a very nice dinner in Bruno's restaurant. As I informed when booking that we were coming for her birthday, a special table has been selected for us and flowers had been added on the table. At the end of dinner, the staff brought a "birthday" dessert, though we did not order anything. Service was quite good according to Thai standards, cooking and meals were subtile taste and high level. The poached lobster in tuna sauce was terrific and the snwofish excellent. As per oysters, only be careful about their size as they were a bit too big for our taste. There is quite a wide range and selection of wines in the wine list coming from many different countries, and normally you should find your best choice. Globally, the level is quite high and we really appreciate this restaurant. A small shadow in this nice place regarding a table of speaking-loud old customers with special taste for young men... but we are in Pattaya.. I quite recommend this restaurant.
