All of the traditional Japanese varieties of cuisine, including teppanyaki, sukiyaki, yakimono, agemono, and a good selection of sashimi & sushi are on the menu while some dishes using mango, kiwi fruit, avocado or crab stick, and even mayonnaise might turn heads in some Japanese restaurants, but the chef makes good use of these ingredients and produces dishes that are interesting and bursting with flavor. Hand-rolled sushi items combine traditional ingredients with more adventurous products to produce a nice result. Favorites include grilled duck breast with white leek and Australian beef teppanyaki while Kobe beef is also on the menu. At 7PM the chefs put on a fun and entertaining cooking show for the guests.
