InAzia restaurant is situated on the 1st floor of the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa .This restaurant has been awarded “Thailand’s Best Restaurant 2009” by Thailand Tatler, Thailand’s leading luxury lifestyle magazine. This is the second year that InAzia has been awarded since its opening in 2007. Besides, in the same year(2009), InAzia restaurant had presented a new menu with authentic dishes from Japan, China, India and Thailand of which the tempting new dishes include Yam Poo Nim Gub Mamuang (crispy fried soft shell crab and green mango salad), Kung Pao Prawn (Stir fried prawns with peanuts and dried chillies in Kung Pao sauce), Panko Soft Shell Crab (crispy breaded soft shell crab served with ginger Ponzu Sauce), and Lamb Rogan Josh (Lamb curry cooked with freshly ground spices and yoghurt) and much more.
The restaurant comfortably serves 100 guests from an open kitchen allowing an interesting show of sounds and smells as a team of well-trained chefs prepare your meal.
