Indian By Nature

The restaurant is located in the Chateau Dale Plaza on Thappraya Road. It is owned by Khun Av Khanijou and her husband khun Jack. Indian By Nature also boasts a honourable award of quality by the Chaine des Rotisseurs, the oldest gourmet club in the world.

Indian By Nature presents refined Indian food of today from diverse regions, created by a galaxy of master chefs, displayed with verve and style. The menu remains true to classic Indian recipes, but now also reflects the food trends in today's India.

There is an extensive range of healthy and balanced dishes at Indian By nature. Indian food has many kinds of flavors, from the delicate coconut flavoured tastes of the South to the great taste of Northern dishes.

Sitar music playing in the background adds to the wonderful relaxed atmosphere of Indian By Nature.

The food is complemented by an exciting new world wine list created by Jack Khanijou, a well known local wine Connoiseur. The wines are held in a glass, temperature controlled wine cellar.

This offers exceptional value for money, with relatively low mark ups on the more expensive wines - to encourage experimentation.

The list is divided by style of wine rather than by country, with each wine having its own zingy and informative tasting note.
