A casual, beachside spot with sofas, benches, and daybeds scattered around the beachfront and near an array of tropical plants. Located at Let's Sea, it is one of Hua Hin's trendiest top restaurants, and reservations is suggested on weekends. Staff is friendly and the service is also good.
Thai dishes are each served in a variation of their traditional methods without the sacrifice of flavors while European favorites are plentiful on the menu.
You may want to start with the crab-meat spring rolls that are presented - propped up in a whisky tumbler filled with a perfect choice of ingredients. Popular dishes include the banana blossom salad with fresh shrimps while the soft-shell crab with fresh pepper reminded of a similar dish I fell in love with at Je Ngor's in Bangkok. Also, don't miss the Ahi tuna with shoyu and green mustard tartar, just slightly char-grilled and enveloped by a sesame seed crust. A house signature dish of Thai tangerine in syrup is a great way to finish the meal.
There are more than 40 selections of wine from various regions.
