From its first floor location in the hotel, the restaurant has an impressive view of white-tipped incoming waves over Nai Harn Bay. Terracotta floors, fresh exotic flowers and opulent touches characterise Regatta's air-conditioned interior.

Fresh local ingredients plus imported oysters, lamb and beef are selected by the Italian chef. Bread is made fresh in the hotel bakery while pasta is home-made daily. For entrees, steamed garoupa and artichoke mousse and crab meat are recommended dishes. The rabbit loin in ricotta crust and roasted spring chicken are good choices of game. Other excellent choices include pancetta tuna carpaccio, Australian lamb loin with couscous and black olive jus, home-made cannelloni with aubergine, and trofi pasta with crystal prawns. Desserts are impressive with most traditional favorites.

The wine list includes an ample choice of new world and Italian wines at a full range of prices. Guests can expect to pay about 2,000 baht for dinner for two persons without wine.
