Indigo Pearls signature restaurant offers a modern grill concept using fresh, simple, crisp flavours.With rich, dark woods, the atmosphere is quite relaxing with an element of sophistication.
There is a range of starters to choose from along with the expected lobster bisque and a couple other seafood varieties of soup but the starter to choose according to our dining captain Mr Phongsak Boonruang, and that which makes the visit well worth the trip, was the Steamed Crabmeat, so we each chose that as a way to start the evening. Piled high, the crabmeat sits atop three varieties of caviar with layers of mango, avacado, and tomato. It is a superb way to start your meal
