The restaurant we visited is situated at The Esplanade, however, there are locations at Boat Quay and Holland Village. This restaurant offers dining al fresco or indoors.
For starters, from a fairly comprehensive list my dining partner and I chose a bottle of Chardonnay at $65. We selected the grilled portobello mushrooms as an appetizer. From an impressive list of pasta and pizza we chose the Spaghetti Arragosta. The spaghetti is tossed with fresh lobster meat and mixed in a creamy garlic sauce unlike the tomato sauce that is most often used. Pizzas are prepared in a wood-fired oven and come with a thick crust. We selected the house favorite, Singapurano, that has a topping of minced beef in a rendang sauce, prawns, chilli, and coriander that sits on a bed of mozzarella. For dessert, gelato and creme brulee are recommended. |
