The stylish and trendy restaurant and wine bar offers four floors of fun. The first has a bar with a wine cellar. The second offers the dining and lounge areas with a DJ deck while the third and fourth levels are private rooms, with the top having reclining loungers and a glass floor to view the third level pf the restaurant..

Bacchus has both a relaxing and intimate ambiance. The food is described as Italian and French fusion, but there are innovative Japanese touches in the dishes. For instance, listed are items including Tokyo onion curry, pan-fried foie gras with eggplant in Japanese miso and balsamic sauce, and grilled pork fillet with umeboshi (Japanese apricot) sour sauce. The menu features tapas and appetisers, along with meat, seafood, pastas, risotto, salads and desserts. Tapas of fresh tuna and avocado with soy and mayonnaise sauce is a delicious starter, with daily fresh raw tuna. Garden-fresh vegetable salad with parma ham arrives with a generous portion of the tasty ham. For seafood, fresh Andaman tuna steak with tartare and curry oil is delicious. Round off the meal with desserts of home-made pana cotta and pudding with vanilla sauce.
