The dim sum menu served at lunch is extensive and one of the most popular in Bangkok. The a la carte menu here specializes in Cantonese cuisine, and the choices are many. A good starter is the cold hors d' oeuvre combination of drunken chicken, jelly fish and shredded chicken in sesame oil. Clay pot baked fresh Australian abalone in ginseng is seasoned with ginger, ginseng, parsley root and garlic on vermicelli noodles and is succulent and tender. Steamed giant crab claw in XO sauce is minus the shell and flavored with red peppers, spring onions, coriander, and it's fresh taste is sweet and light. Traditional dishes include braised superior shark's fin and monk jumps over the wall. The wok-fried kobe beef and rack of lamb with black pepper sauce are both delicious. There are also several delicious soups, including Sichuan seafood soup and double-boiled fresh fish maw in brown sauce. Sea bass with bell peppers, black beans, scallions, straw mushrooms and flat rice noodles is a satisfying dish as is the Stir-fried snow fish with oolong tea. The Chinese dessert menu offers some typical sweets to end your meal.
The wine list is extensive and there is also a large selection in their cellar. Servers are efficient and provides a friendly staff to offer efficient service.
