In the heart of Pattaya, the restaurant is located directly opposite the Marriott Hotel and Royal Garden Plaza on Second Road.

In a traditional free-standing Thai house, the restaurant has a Mediterranean and colonial blended interior. The white walls and high cielings give a bright and airy atmosphere interior. The custom made tableware and beautiful antique furniture further enhance the ambience. The restaurant seats 58 in the air-conditioned section, including three private alcoves, each accommodating 6 - 12 persons for special occasions. The terrace offers seating for another 16 persons for smoking and non-smoking patrons.

The menu includes European food, based on traditional French cuisine, complemented by authentic Italian selections, prepared by Pascal Schnyder himself, a unique Swiss chef. His menu consists of a variety of warm and cold appetizers, hot and cold soups, pastas, fish & selected seafood, poultry, imported and local meats, grills, salads and desserts.

From October till May, Sunday offers a brunch buffet with many varieties of cold and hot items, with both international and Thai food, plus freshly baked breakfast items and desserts along with complimentary house champagne. The cellar offers over 160 different crus of wines from around the world along with "house wine" and "sparkling wines" by the glass for those who do not wish to partake a full bottle. There are, of course, imported and local beers along with cocktails and fresh fruit juices.
