A warm atmosphere is exuded with subdued lighting that reflects a romantic atmosphere. This restaurant has been around for many years and they have used the time to refine all the aspects of the dining experience. Starting with an impressive presentation and portions that nobody would complain about, the restaurant has charmed epicureans with its classic regional Swiss-Continental cuisine.
French-style cuisine is reflected in the creamy seafood soup that's baked in a puff pastry - with rich cheese and cream bonded with the perfect amount of seafood. Another starter is the caesar salad, prepared at your tableside. Whisky beef is presented professionally with very good preparation and a tender taste that retains the natural juices of the beef. The hit of the evening was the bombay sapphire salmon that arrived to be prepared tableside. The portion was generous with the perfect amount of gin-flavor retained in the fish. It was accompanied by an al dente pasta that complements the fish's texture well. The dessert trolley offers a nice choice of delectable treats.
Alternate choices are available, however, the majority of wines are from Australia. Wait-staff is courteous, attentive and charming. |
