The menu also includes flavorful crispy pigeon and fried duck tongue. The menu includes Cantonese dishes and modern, more spicy Thai-orientated treats. The house favorite, lobster noodle, is near perfect while drunken prawns delicately steamed with a touch of Chinese liquor is served with a clear broth. Other favorites not to be missed are Peking duck and braided orange stuffed with abalone. For dessert, sago with cantaloupe is a nice way to end a flavorful meal.
