With Chinese silk lanterns, oriental chairs, antiques, and gold decor, the restaurant has made a bold statement. With all these treatments to the ambiance the cuisine is equally exciting.
The six-appetizer platter is a pretty good starter, however, a better way to start the meal is to choose from the selection of excellent soups. I enjoyed the Australian scallop and dry scallop while my dining partner found the shark's fin soup with sundried scallop and cordyceps to be deliciously satisfying. Ginger chicken is flavorful and tender with a sauce that is perfectly sweet and tangy. Fish lovers may find their favorite dish to be the east coral trout with a lovely texture while being perfectly tender. The ee-fu noodles are more popular than rice or fried rice, being neither starchy or stiff while being accompanied by a gravy with a pleasant aroma of lobster. |
