Located inside the Conrad Bangkok Hotel, the restaurant offers a unique experience in Japanese cuisine.
There is an extensive menu classified into sections, such as; matsuzaka beef, full-course menu, a la carte, fish and seafood, vegetables, starters, delicacies, healthy dishes, liquid essence (soup), sashimi, sushi, flame charred, poached, fried, rice and noodles, hot pot and desserts. The kuchidori moriawase offers an assortment of six delicacies featuring appetisers such as delicious deep-fried Japanese whitebait fish and seaweed salad while the sanshina is another appetiser offering three assortments of sashimi that is much appreciated with big chunks of fresh salmon, yellow tail and tuna pieces. The pride of the house is the very tender, juicy, and flavorful kobe beef sirloin teppanyaki. The beef is accompanied by stir-fried vegetables and three different sauces. A unique dish on the menu is foie gras teppanyaki. You can call it fusion if you like but there are no restrictions to teppanyaki and it is a delightfully creative dish.
