Often found in malls and shopping areas, Fuji has about 40 locations most having a casual contemporary atmosphere with dining rooms garnished with long sticks of bamboo generously displayed throughtout.
The menu offers photos of most items for persons not familiar with this type cuisine. Prices are reasonable as Japanese restaurants offer the most quality of meat and fish and generally are quite expensive to dine, however, many of the menu items run from 100 to 550 baht and some of the fish tastes as delightful as some menu items at many top-rated Japanese restaurants in the area. This is obviously partially due to the high buying power of the chain, which to the benefit of the customer, allows them to offer a quality product. There is a full choice of sushimi (more than 20 selections), with tsukadashi and special sets. There is about 10 selections of salad along with teppanyaki, agemono, nimono nabemono, sushi, gohanmono, and desserts.
