The freshness and quality of menu items is traditionally superior with an abundance of choices. The genjiyo seaweed roll of salmon topped with deep-fried prawn is not to be missed. Cold soba is set on a plate of ice and topped with sprinkles of seaweed flakes. You can dip it into the accompanying sauce with a dash of wasabi for an extra punch. The chicken or beef teriyaki set is served with white rice while the sukiyaki set is enough for two persons with the pot full of ingredients, such as, thin-sliced beef and different vegetables. For patrons that must include rice with their meal, the garlic fried rice smells as good as it taste. If your waist-line isn't an issue, try the plump oysters with spicy mayonnaise dressing or the grilled unagi lightly laced with a sweet sauce.
In the dessert department, the selection is quite limited and not very creative. Wine selection is not a chore with advice of which wine to choose being printed at the bottom of the menu.
