With locations in Chiang Mai and Bangkok, guests in Chiang Mai can enjoy the view while watching boats slowly cruise up and down the Ping River. Open-air river front dining enables customers to enjoy the river breeze and panoramic view or you may elect to dine indoors.
Guests can enjoy a choice of Asian and Western cuisine from the very large menu. From the Japanese selections there is Kimchi, Fried Japanese Rice with Garlic and numerous styles of Maki with each filling encased in a vinegared rice roll in seaweed. There is sushi, sashimi and sashimi sets.
There are western-style sandwiches, soups, salads, spaghetti, steaks and pork chops along with Grilled Snapper or Fried Sea Bass. A recommended item is the Deep-fried Pork Knuckle.
The choice of Thai - Chinese items is vast and begin with favorites, such as; Roasted King Prawns with Ginger and Chili, Charcoal-grilled Seafood Curry Mousse served in Banana Leaf, and Stir-fried Beef with Kale in Oyster Sauce. The bulk of the menu is Thai based with about 12 choices of fish that includes, Deep-fried Whole Snapper or Grouper while there's at least 8 choices of soup & curries and TomYum Soups. There is Raw Prawns in Fish Sauce, Roasted Mussels, Deep-fried Squid, Stir-fried Sliced Beef with Peppercorns, Spicy fresh Mango with Shredded Dried Pork Salad, Chiang Mai Sausage, Pork in Tamarind Curry, and Stir-fried Minced Pork or Beef in Larb Curry Powder. |
