original dance floor takes pride of place, on which the historic grand
piano proudly stands. Located on the left of the hotel lobby, Jaan has two
gracefully appointed private dining rooms in addition to the main dining hall.
An exquisite a la carte menu is available for lunch and dinner daily.
The elegant fine dining restaurant of the hotel presents a modern interpretation
of classic French cuisine that is light and innovative, helmed by Chef de
Cuisine Guillaume Galliot. A wide selection of prestige French and New World
