Jashan, run by the well-established Jo Jo's group, offers an extensive menu with South Indian food being a specialty.

There are 8 starters, some great kebabs and seafood, chicken and lamb curries. From the list of favorites, we chose the avacado & prawn salad, the saffron infused minced lamb kebab, the pomfret ...poached and simmered in curry of coconut extract and the fennel-scented chicken biryani. Sure, we couldn't resist a couple servings of Kashmiri naan that was studded with dry fruits. We enjoyed beer with our meal. The selection is excellent, everything from Budweiser & Corona to Heineken and Kingfisher. Our choice for dessert was Kulfi - an Indian thickened saffron, nut and milk ice cream.
