The Resort's theme is transcended into the restaurant with an elegant equestrian ambiance.
A couple interesting appetizers are the deep-fried scallop roll, which is crisp and tasty and the deep-fried soft-shell crab with spicy orange sauce. The braised Cantonese-style lamb shank in a citrus based sauce is as tender as it is delicious. Another good choice is the poka dotted garoupa, as are the other selections of steamed fish. The choice of vegetables include dishes, such as; enoki mushrooms in fish broth and there are some nice alternative selections for dessert often found in Chinese restaurants. Try the avacado puree with yam ice-cream or the homemade pancake with sesame ice cream. |
