The prawn mango roll is loaded with squares of fruit and tiny seafood while shredded abalone with mixed fruit salad is also presented as an appetiser and offers a nice combination of flavors. The classic sweet and sour pork is cooked with breaded chunks of meat in a spicy sauce amongst red & green peppers, pineapple and onions. Five nuts is fantastic with broccoli, cashews, gingko, water chestnuts, dates and more.
