This is a stylish restaurant that exudes a sophisticated yet cozy feeling. Earth tones are prevalent with full length windows while lights in hanging frosted glass cylinders set the modernistic mood amongst the chic decor.

The menu is not grand in size, yet the grillled items, such as, Kobe and wagyu steaks are perfectly prepared and take the stage with the US rib eye and the Australian double lamb chops with mint sauce being standout choices. As in any good steakhouse, fresh fish and seafood are excellent options. Worth more than a mention are the Belon oysters, fresh lobster and king prawns. Presentation of each dish is meticulous and ingredients are second to none. The appetiser of roasted foie gras with onion compote is definitely not to be missed. The side dishes accompanying the grilled items include creamy garlic mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus and roasted mushrooms. Desserts are inviting, with the warm banana tart with macadamian ice cream hard to resist.

As would be expected in a five star hotel, the wine list is expansive and includes varietals from affordable to very expensive.
