First of all, don't let the name fool you …Malone's is a Canadian chain of restaurants (a wooden Canadian Mountie stands near the front!). A large, broad bar stretches the length of the interior. Offering a casual atmosphere for lunch or dinner, it is the place to get an ESPN fix, enjoy the rock & roll band, or play a game of pool upstairs, as there are 3 floors.

Enjoy American food in hearty American portions. There are chicken wings, potato skins, and other starters to go with your American or Mexicam beer while the burger platters are large with the burgers considered to be some of the best in Shanghai. The menu displays some depth in its wide offering of burgers and ribs, pastas, Tex-Mex dishes like the steak burrito, and pan-Asian dishes. I guess you could call it a "Cheers" type sports bars with the addition of lots of fun and great food. At the time of this posting the restaurant also offered a Sunday Brunch.
