Ma Maison offers light tones, stained wooden walls, a raw silk ceiling and cloth-covered chairs with a view of a lovely garden and pool.
Ma Maison’s guests enjoy a menu of Nouvelle French cuisine. A lovely starter is the pan-roasted foie gras, sitting atop an Anjou pear, while small watercress and black truffle salad add a spicy dash. Cappuccino of forest mushrooms and white truffle foam is a nice light soup. For mains; there are numerous interesting dishes, such as, asparagus and parmesan loaf served with a herb salad and a rocket vinaigrette. The rack of suckling lamb, has a delicious confit of dried figs, apricots, carrots and banana. Dover sole with mashed potatoes and French peas is crispy on the edges yet soft inside. Also recommended is the millefeuille of lamb and the roasted lobster tail. Desserts are inviting, like the Belgian chocolate souffle with wild berry compote.
