Located on the second floor of the hotel with a view of Sukhumvit Road. Large windows create a bright, spacious atmosphere while the interior has wood paneling with chinese style furnishings and perfectly starched linens on the table. The restaurant can accomodate large gatherings or intimate meals, for much of the restaurant area is divided into cozy corners and niches.

Dim sum is offered at lunch and The traditional Cantonese and Szechuan favorites are given a creative twirl. Deep-fried crispy rolls, for example, are stuffed with salmon and wasabi. All the abalone dishes are on the menu, along with the shark's fin and birds nest delicacies. Seafood is tempting, especially Sichuan wok-fried prawns, baked soft-shell crab and fish maw in scrambled egg. The Bamboo fish, a river fish, has a very light and flaky texture when it is steamed to perfection. Order the Monk Jumps Over The Wall a day in advance; it makes for a perfect treat if dining with family or a group of friends. There are traditional Chinese desserts on the menu to tempt those with a sweet tooth.
