  Indian Cooking Tips

Return: Home

Most Indian restaurants tend to be small family run businesses, offering northern style of cooking with briyani, boneless chicken tikka, & rogan josh plus different types of flat bread. Tandoor cooking is popular and most have a traditional clay oven. Southern Indian style cuisine is dominated by vegetable curries (bhujia), tends to be hot and offers rice as a staple. Favorites are rajitas, dosa, & samba. It would be a mistake not to take advantage of this fine selection of food that's priced very reasonably, making Indian food one of the best values for dining in Thailand. North Indian, South Indian, Gujarati, Mughal, Tandoor, Bengali, and Marathi Indian cuisines are available here in Bangkok.
