The restaurant boasts a fusion of east meets west. Traditional favorites are still highly visibe on the menu. Among the many house specialties is the waffle mango prawn. This dish has deep-fried prawn rolls supported by a flavorable mango salad. Another fruit sensation is the strawberry salad topping a potato nest. Peking duck is offered in its more traditional method. Served crisp and light and presented in a three course setting, two courses are served as traditionally done with the third course being a soup. There is also a duck dish served deep-fried and boneless with onion rings and barbecued duck. There are many delicious sauces offered at the restaurant and the pan-fried fresh scallops arrives with a honey sauce and sesame seed. The limited choice of fish shouldn't be something to shy away from. There are some interesting species mostly prepared in basic methods. |
