The most popular item at the restaurant is "Peking Duck" a name that has become synonymous with "Silver Palace". This extra special dish, with the proper preparation, cooking, and serving method offers an eating experience second to none. Carved tableside, the white gloved captain slices the duck skin which is placed on hot mandarin pancakes (thin, like crepes) which then is covered with a dallop of hoisin sauce and a couple of fine-cut scallion bars. Then you roll the pancake and enjoy the taste of the delicacy inside as the captain serves each patron this elegant and enjoyable treat. The meat of the duck usually is then prepared in a stir-fry dish of the customers choice. You'll never forget this delectable experience.
The restaurant offers a dozen selections of wine, including Chinese wine from China & Taiwan, Asahi and most the local beer favorites, Chrysanthemum & Chinese tea plus soft drinks.
There are beautiful VIP rooms that can accommodate any type and size function.
