Guests may dine al fresco on the verandah overlooking the pool with KL as a backdrop or they may dine in the main dining room listening to live music by the resident pianist.
The menu starts with pre-dinner canapes with a choice of crostini to lightly-fried whitebait fritters in a cup to octopus on a skewer. The canapes' are accompanied by herbed butter and warm bread. Next are the soups and appetizers with forest mushroom soup with yuzu sealed in a puffed pastry. There is pea and watercress soup, seafood salad with nam pla vinaigrette, seared scallops, Alaskan snow crabs and fried prawns. For main course choices, the rib-eye beef steak is a favorite as is the baked lamb. Each being juicy, moist and cooked to perfection. There are rotating weekly set menus that come with 2 glasses of wine at RM140. |
