You may choose to start your dining experience with a handheld mouthful of the Suan Thip Starter that includes mini spring rolls, satay and shrimp in a pastry, and also the Kaotang Natang, which is a crackling little rice cracker loaded with minced chicken and shrimp. The menu has a good choice of main dishes with special attention and popularity of fish and shrimp selections. Suan Thip grilled chicken with papaya salad and sticky rice is masterfully prepared with its meat and a perfectly sweetened papaya salad. For that traditional flavor, try the Chu Chee Pla Nua Orn, a red curry with small sweet river fish, or the Gang Paa, wild curry with ginger, pepper and basil.
