My girlfriend and I visited the location on Sukhumvit 55 at Soi 11, just a 10 minute stroll from the skytrain station at Sukhumvit. We walked inside to find a very unique setting. Adjoining the tables and the bar seats is a conveyor belt spanning the length of most of the restaurant that carries favorite sushi and suki items past the customer ... who helps his/herself to their favorite items. Each selection is priced according to the color of the plate. The marriage of suki and sushi is a natural with hot pots at every table including a personal pot for each patron sitting at the bar.

Not even a month later we also visited their location on level 7 at the MBK shopping complex. There are many lunch set items to choose from and the menu offers a Nigiri Sushi Special Set at 260 baht and the Viking Maki Set at only 180 baht. There is Korean Broiled Pork Loin & Ribs at 130 baht and the Saba Steak Set is only 210 baht.

There is a good selection of beers, (it seems to go best with this type food), including saki and japanese beer. There are also fresh beverages and fruit shakes.

This is not only a unique and fun place to eat but the prices are inexpensive. This is usually not the case with Japanese food ...so take advantage of it.
