From the finest of olive oils, balsamics, prosciuttos and freshly-made pastas to bread baskets of home-baked grissini and herbed flatbread, to ever-popular signature dishes like Carciofi alla Giudea (fresh artichokes sauteed with olive oil and garlic) and Linguine alle Vongole (linguine pasta with imported clams in white wine sauce) to more recent specialties including (Classic breaded veal chop with rucola and Italian cherry tomatoes).
The menu reflects an extensive range of traditional dishes that includes their pan-fried goose liver in an vintage wine sauce, both flavorful and tender, this is a great choice to start off the evening. Getting more serious, the angel hair pasta with lobster, morel mushrooms and cherry tomatoes is exceptional, with the lobster moist and tender while the pasta is covered by a perfectly cooked sauce. Meat you say; try the veal cutlets. They come pan-fried with the classic lightly coated Japanese breadcrumbs with rucola and Italian cherry tomatoes (Costoletta alla Milanese con rucola e pomodorini). The dish is exceptional.
