The ambience offers opulent dark woods and warm decor with walls adorned by specially commissioned paintings and ceramics. The restaurant accommodates 41 round tables and up to 200 guests. If extra privacy is required, there are five private rooms for business dinners and family gatherings.

Delectable Cantonese dishes have won numerous awards from the Hong Kong Tourist Board. Sauteed Minced Pork with Pork Skin and Black Beans, Five Flavored Crab and Baked Seafood Fried Rice in Pumpkin have all been voted "Best of the Best" in their categories.

The menu caters to all tastes, and eventhough the emphasis is on seafood, it includes pork, chicken, and beef that are each served in many styles, ranging from old-favorites such as tangy sweet & sour pork with pineapple to more unusual deep-fried crispy chicken. Specialties are not to be missed. They include sauteed scallops and bamboo shoots in fish sauce, and the rose-scented chilled duck which provides an innovative dish. Vegetarians may choose from dishes, such as, steamed pumpkin with garlic or braised assorted vegetables with deep-fried mushrooms.

The wine list includes a modest selection of about 12 varieties of New and Old world wines. All wines are offered by the glass or bottle.
